Certification Cards: Issued within 24 hours of class completion. Cards will be received via email from ecards@heart.org. 

 

Rescheduling: A $10 rescheduling fee applies if you reschedule within 72 hours of your selected class date.

 

Cancellation: Cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours prior to selected class date. No refunds shall be issued if cancellation is less than 72 hours from scheduled class or in case of no-show. 

 

Emergency Cancellation: CodeBlue Education reserves the right to cancel a class at anytime due to low enrollment, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
